1、寫求職信的目的是申請(qǐng)某個(gè)職位。

2、求職信的內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)單,主題明確。

3、求職信屬于正式信件,因此要求寫出寫信人的地址及收信人的地址。

4、寫信人的地址寫在右上角,收信人的地址寫在左下角,稱呼一般應(yīng)為:Dear Sir or Madam。

5、結(jié)束語(yǔ)也要正規(guī),如:Yours faithfully, Sincerely yours等。

6、 求職信的主體部分一般包括三部分:   -、陳述自己應(yīng)聘的職位,通常包含信息來(lái)源,以及對(duì)自己的簡(jiǎn)單介紹。

7、   二、介紹自身的條件,主要包括在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)、工作經(jīng)歷和本人的個(gè)性及特長(zhǎng)等,以說(shuō)明自己符合該職位的要求。

8、   三、客套話,如:希望對(duì)方盡早回復(fù),或安排面試、回信、來(lái)電等,并向?qū)Ψ奖硎靖兄x。

9、   在寫作時(shí),應(yīng)充分表達(dá)自己對(duì)該工作的渴望,態(tài)度要誠(chéng)懇。

10、對(duì)自己工作經(jīng)歷和特長(zhǎng)的陳述要符合實(shí)際,不能夸大其詞。

11、最后,要提供自己的聯(lián)系方式,可指明附件中提供有哪些證明材料。

12、 注意以下語(yǔ)句的使用: 1. I have learned in the local newspaper that you need a ... 2. I think I meet / satisfy your requirements. 3. I have enclosed my resume. 4. Looking forward to your reply. 5.
